Not your father's definition of alcoholism: June 19

Twelve-steppers proclaim, "We're only as sick as our secrets."  A study done at Adelphi University in New York showed that people were actually sickened by their secret distresses: They had double the "flux" in their blood pressure and heart rates than those who talked them out. Feeling sick is a relapse trigger, too.
